HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2000--First Ecom.com (NASD OTCBB:FECC, BSX:FECC BH), a global provider of electronic payment processing solutions, today announced it has signed a marketing cooperation agreement with iAsiaWorks (H.K.) Ltd., a pan-Asian Internet solutions provider that delivers one-stop Internet solutions for businesses throughout the Asia-Pacific region, multinational corporations and dot.coms. Through this agreement, iAsiaWorks customers will have access to First Ecom.com's global Internet payment processing services, including a payment processing gateway that accepts multiple currencies.

iAsiaWorks plans to provide total Internet solutions across Asia. From a platform of state-of-the-art data centers in Asia and Silicon Valley, the company will deliver reliable, localized, managed services in multiple locations, languages, currencies and regulatory environments. The agreement enables iAsiaWorks to extend the range of its e-commerce services by providing its customers with First Ecom.com's global payment processing gateway, which offers real-time, online authorization, and 24x7 reliability. iAsiaWorks recently completed a successful trial of First Ecom.com's gateway, and will make the new service available to its customers immediately.
