And guess who there new CEO is...Mr. Jonathan Buckly of former BNBN disaster.... well maybe this time he is trying to get his stock options to be worth something.

This is the most contrived thing I have seen in a while.

Cowen must have launced that young analyst out on a springboard...they can always have a back out saying that he is new and this is his first report....
