ANOTHER PIECE OF AWESOME CUSTOMER SATISIFACTION
,just got home from the baseball game to find out
via my credit card bill that my palm pilot that i ordered 6 weeks ago was cancelled because i bought it too cheap...

YOU GUYS ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE YET...HOW ABOUT PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND TELLING THEM..

here is my email to barry hertz and rod covlin..

barry- this is the finest piece of customer service i have ever seen..
on march 1 i put in an order for a palm pilot,i give my credit card
and place my order,i did not look for one for free for the 8 accounts i currently
have with you,and today i call to find out what is going on(212-422-4300)
and i get told that my order was canceled because they are consider to be
selling them to cheap,instead of doing the embarrasing thing and calling your customers to offer this for a higher amount or advised them it has been discontinued
you simply just do not do anything...

THIS IS THE BEST PIECE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAN IMAGINE...HOW ABOUT PUTTING THIS LETTER ON ONE OF YOU CNBC COMMERICAL..

I CAN NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE,BECAUSE THEIR IS NONE..
