I just noticed that you are a geologist...Back in my early years, my dream was to be a geologist...had it as my major for one year and decided that I didn't have the discipline for engineering school. But I consider myself a darn good armchair geologist. I grew up "in" the sierras too...South Tahoe.

I've got your thread bookmarked. Look forward to your musings.
