Births have declined because of an increase in abortions. The pregnancy rate has not declined, although it seems to be stabilizing.

I am not against sex education, and permitted my son to participate. However, my school system had a moderate curriculum. Many systems are alarming age- inappropriate, and yes, I think that encourages premature experimentation......
