Ran,
I don't know if you're still interested or even own shares of Boyd's, but I found this in the FAQ section at www.bcoddington.com

Q:Is Boyd Coddington a part of Boyd's Wheels or Hot Rods by Boyd?
A:No. Boyd Coddington is no longer affiliated with Boyd's Wheels or Hot Rods by Boyd. In fact, Boyd
Coddington endorses only B. Coddington Wheels and
products.
Q:What is the status of Boyd's Wheels and Hot Rods by
Boyd?
A:Both companies were purchased by APG (Automotive
Performance Group) in January, 1999.
Q:So who is running the show at Boyd's Wheels now
that Boyd Coddington is not there?
A:Boyd's Wheels and Hot Rods by Boyd are under the
direction of John Joseph Daly. Boyd Coddington (the
person and the company) has no association with
either Boyd's Wheels or Hot Rods by Boyd.
