San Francisco, CA, April 6, 2000, 2:00 PM PST -

Novell Inc. is leading the pack in after hours trading today with 1.7
million shares trading hands. The stocks is edging out Cisco, Dell
and Yahoo!, all of which are trading more than 1 million shares.

Novell is up .0625 a share at $23.875
after falling .3125 a share in regular
trading. The software company
announced today that it is teaming
up with the Sun-Netscape Alliance
and Lotus to create instant
messaging software tailored for
businesses.
