Edwarda-- Haven't you heard, the basic form of in-and-out is out. Oral sex (excuse me, "oral something-or-other, it's not sex anymore)is in. Further, I would suggest that teen pregnancy and birth are/may be down because of abstinence chic rather than condom classes.
