They are claiming to have done 2 placements, I haven't had time to entirely clarify that just yet. I am also assuming that they expect to be able collect on the warrants. That would give them $900,000 cdn. Sara is unquestionably Ken's daughter and he may very well have been the true connection to the placement money and chose to have the shares show up under her, tax reasons etc. This would NOT be all that unusual in a situation like this. Sara is the reception for Ken's company and does NOT officially work for Primo, which also makes it easier to do, legally. I am not trying to legitimize anything, just explaining, as best I can, what I believe is going on. Salut, Leigh McBain
