I have only been following the HDST thread for the last few months. Got caught up in all the Merger/hype frenzy. I now own it and have averaged down to .25. I think that this is a good price for this stock and have spoken to the Company many times. Jerry Orendenker has told me personnally that the co. will report earnings for 4Q within the next few weeks and that the 1Q earnings will follow extremely close behind. No specific date mentioned. He wouldn't tell me exactly what the last quarter earnings would be but, he did volunteer that 1Q earnings are expected to be better than last year.
There are a number of issues about HDST that he discussed with me. I don't know if you follow the HDST thread on America ONline but it has a lot of information that might be helpful. Every day a few of us on AOL open a private room for the sole purpose of discussing HDST. I keep a lot of these discussions archived and would be happy to give them to you. Please pass them on to any other interested parties.
I believe a number of your questions should be answered.
Since most of this information is at my office, I won't be able to get it to you until Monday. I am located in the NY area.
A few of the people on the AOL thread plan on visiting the company (myself being one of them) sometime in the future. If you have any questions that you would like to ask Jerry Orendenker, you can forward them to me or any of the other names that you see in our discussion group. If you have any additional information that we are not aware of, please share it.
There are a number of good things happening with the company right now. One being that the owner Dale Friedman is currently in Europe closing a large deal and will be back on the 12th of May. Jerry Orendenker would not say exactly what was in the works but, the number being bantered around is 4 million. All of this is discussed in the archives that I will send to you.
