It's going higher in my opinion. But I talked on the phone to a lot of people who seem to know BC politics and the time between proving and mining may be a while. The consensus seems to be that mining in general left the province a long time ago and the govt is rumored to be not friendly to its return.

So sell into the news which appears to be okay based on the way the stock is trading. I'm still long but looking for an exit point, either on huge volume or a drill hole that's so good it will be tough to duplicate.
