ST Systems Corp. is a profitable information systems company based in Hayward, California with a solid history of continuous growth. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Sable Technologies and Documentor Sciences, the Company develops, sells, services and integrates Point Of Sale (POS) systems for the hospitality industry. ST Systems enjoys extensive success in the US and has begun to increase its presence in Canada, France and the UK.

Additional expansion is expected to result from (i) its unique-to-POS-industry marketing program which parallels Dell Computer's highly successful direct-to-customer approach, (ii) its expanding residual income base from annual service contracts, and (iii) the growth of its Restaurant Supplies Division, a one-stop source of restaurant consumables, such as ink cartridges and paper tape for POS. In addition, the fragmented POS industry offers numerous acquisition opportunities; ST's recent Florida-based acquisition represents a foothold in the fastest growing market in the US for hospitality products and services.
