"We believe the partnership with Exodus Communications significantly improves the visibility in
the Company's hosted IP telephony business. Netergy Networks announced a partnership with
Exodus Communications, in which Netergy Networks will deploy hosted iPBX servers in Exodus'
IDCs (Internet Data Centers) throughout the U.S., and Exodus will provide turnkey solutions for
CLECs and ISPs in hosted IP applications. We believe this partnership is significant in that Exodus is
expected to provide the critical physical infrastructure in terms of warehouse and IP networks to host
the iPBX server from Netergy Networks, and CLECs are expected to use the combination of Netergy
Networks iPBX servers and Exodus IP networks to provide both IP telephony and Internet access for
businesses. We believe the combination of Netergy Networks and Exodus Communications provides
a very attractive value proposition to CLECs for the wide deployment of hosted IP telephony
solutions, and could significantly accelerate the revenue ramp for Netergy Networks hosted IP
telephony business."
