Roger,

I don't understand why Zixmail is even great for consumer types, as opposed to existing encryption techniques. I grant that the existing certificate system is not easy to set up, but I see that as an issue of awareness and partnerships -- the same issues Zixit has to fight. Why should Zixit win that battle when Verisign is competing as well? Verisign has a much more solid base in the corporate sector and can leverage the infrastructure more cost effectively.

What am I missing?
