SEBL , the leading provider of eBusiness applications software, has formally validated the integration between Siebel eBusiness Applications and eShare Conversations(TM). Validation testing was conducted through the Siebel Validation Program.
eShare Conversations is integrated with Siebel eBusiness Applications, which include Siebel Call Center and Siebel Service. The integration between eShare Conversations and Siebel eBusiness Applications is accomplished using eShare's integration frameworks.
