Unlike previous pure OEM based wins with Top Layer, HP, C&W, the DELL win integrates its load balancing software with DELL's Powerapp appliance. Consider the large customer based that DELL had and its reputable box making and marketing power, quality execution of the deal going forward should significantly impact F5's future. Also, this could help improving margin in the long run (One of the concern from the previous quarter was the gross margin decrease from 77% to 70%).
