Sorry about the confusion. Also, GMPCS operates under the direction of Vodafone/Airtouch. Vodafone has exclusive rights to marketing in the USA and sets the minute prices. Distributors have limited ranges to move. GMPCS can't set prices independently with Globalstar LP. I suspect the limitation will quickly be handset availability since production has not been increased and there is no news of big orders. Maurice
