DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Apr 6, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Benefits Group, Inc. (ABFG) (OTCBB:ABFG) is pleased to announce today that it has filed it's Form 10-SB Registration Statement in order to become a fully Reporting Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Form 10-SB has been filed electronically on EDGAR which is the electronic repository for Public Company Reports. ABFG will file all subsequent reports such as 10QSB, 10KSB and 8K in this manner.
ABFG will make available the Form 10S-B Registration Statement for viewing at RodeoIsland.com's display booth, No. 4238 at the Internet World 2000 show being held at the Los Angeles Convention Centre in Los Angeles, California this week. RodeoIsland.com is ABFG's Internet shopping mall.
