ABFG Files Form 10-SB

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Apr 6, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- American Benefits Group,
Inc. (ABFG) (OTCBB:ABFG) is pleased to announce today that it has filed it's
Form 10-SB Registration Statement in order to become a fully Reporting Company
with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Form 10-SB has been filed electronically on EDGAR which is the electronic
repository for Public Company Reports. ABFG will file all subsequent reports
such as 10QSB, 10KSB and 8K in this manner.
