The RMS broke through 300 yesterday. It tried a breakthrough in January but fell back. REITs are getting a lot of positive press just now. I looked at RMS on BigCharts with the Relative Strength Index in the lower portion. The RSI was up to 80. That is a very strong RSI reading compared to recent months. The RSI was last over 80 in April and May of 1999. It did not stay that high very long and began a long decline as the RMS declined to the December bottom.
