Performance Management: U.S. Telecommunications Company
chooses LINMOR's NEBULA Performance Monitor

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--LINMOR Technologies (CDNX:LIR), a leading
developer of network management solutions for managing the
Internet network infrastructure, announced today that its
Performance Management system, NEBULA(tm) Performance Monitor, has
been selected by Twister Communications Networks, Inc., to manage
and report on its ATM broadband network.

switches, for which NEBULA has a customized vendor reporting
module. Twister is aggressively constructing a nationwide next
generation telecommunications network and plans to serve every
Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) in the United States by the
end of this year. Twister Communications' network provides prepaid
calling card, residential and commercial long distance telephony,
e-commerce, VPN, Internet and multimedia services offerings.

NEBULA's multi-technology, multi-vendor reporting capabilities

from various manufacturers, this means they only require one
performance management system -- NEBULA -- for their entire
