I always tend to analyze the basics and let the stock price "fall" where it may. Even though I am a daytrader, and can't be trusted <ggg> Here are the facts.

1) We have a viable drug "Pennsaid"
2) We have approval in the UK
3) We have a commitment by a large company in the US (J&J)
4) We have procured a manufacturing facility
5) We have an investment in WF10
6) We have an R&D team looking at other applications to the carrier

What will this result in?

1) The manufacturing facility will produce Pennsaid for the UK(?)
2) The facility will meet or exceed the standards required by FDA
3) Research will go on for other applciations for the "carrier"

Will this company be profitable?

1) Sales from UK will give us "income" a significant leap for a biotech
2) Eventually FDA will approve and HC will also adding to the income.

What is the downside.

1) Continued delay by FDA

Will that affect shareprice?

I hope so, I have been buying on every dip thus far (see posts on Daytrading thread, and notice no "sell indications")

Is $10.00 to much to pay for a manufacturer with a UK market for a "one of" drug?

No, because it the near future, other Eurpoean countries will approve Pennsaid and follow the lead of the UK

Am I worried?

Not in the least, I own 4X the number of shares I did at $3.00 and will continue to accumulate during ANY dips over the summer...if there are any.

Am I dissappointed because their is no news?

Not really, DMX has done extremely well over the last year based on "potential" and eventually potential will translate into reality.

All this from a "slimeball daytrader"<ggggg>
