N, even if the Supreme Court remands, the case eventually will reach the high court unless, of course, the case settles along the way.

I know there is a lot of sentiment to the contrary, but I'm not convinced MSFT has a slam dunk in the Circuit Court. Judge Jackson is a pretty smart guy. Personally, I agree with his decision.

If the Circuit Court hears this one and reverses, there is little doubt the case will be heard by the Supreme Court and less chance the matter will settle. The Supreme Court could then reinstate Judge Jackson's decision.

I wouldn't want to bet on the ultimate outcome of this case but my gut feeling is the government eventually will prevail.

One thing I do believe and that is, as long as this case is pending, I don't believe MSFT is a good investment. I think an investment in MSFT at this point is dead money.

Tec.
