New saga continues with SEC 8k revelations. The required filing of 8k statement revealed the inaccuracies of the statements made by management represented by Sam Cusano. All the statements filed with SEC do not have any traceability with previous filings. The financial numbers are not related to the previous balance sheet or profit and loss statements. It is intended to either mislead people or to reveal the lack of understanding of accounting procedures by the management which is the reason SMC is run badly.
