I've often seen/heard that the US G* retailers have pricing autonomy. In fact, I believe it's a US law that wholesalers cannot dictate prices to their retailers. If GMPCS, or anyone else want to increase or decrease their per-unit margins, and adjust customer's price accordingly, they have that absolute right. All G* USA can do is advertise an MSRP, and provide incentives, perhaps, to the retailers to price in a certain range.
