I'm fascinated by this leverage, Ruffian. Because it's like using a neutron bomb to resolve a trade dispute. It can be done - but it would be totally unprecedented. The legal disputes would spread across three continents. And some of the decisions would be made in places like Tokyo and Berlin. Tero
