As Judge Jackson was reversed before, Tec, in 1995 in the MSFT case, he made sure that his decision was as "ironclad" as can be. I am in agreement that if overturned at a lower level it will be reinstated at the supreme court. By the behavior of MSFT stock the last 4 days, I believe that eventually Bill Gates will settle if the stock retreats to the extent that it is costing him multiple billions of dallars in his personal assets. Good observations on the legal issues.
