Demystfying DRIV price action...

DRIV's recent price action is no mystery to me.

(1) DRIV collapsed with the rest of the high tech market.
(2) Investors are becoming skeptical of Internet companies revenue recognition models. They are especially leery of b-2-c companies that re-sell other people's goods but book full revenue. Now, reasonable people can disagree about whether DRIV should book only its fees as revenue. But look at all the damage done to companies like PCLN with similar revenue recognition models.
(3) Traders looked at DRIV charts and swopped in when it hit $17. They sold into the next day's rally, stock went back to $17. This is a common pattern after major sell offs.
(4) Skittish buyers are now starting to nibble at DRIV, slowly inching stock up.

I say DRIV is becoming the premier b-2-b and b-2-c electronic software distributor. We just have to be patient.
