If you happened to watch the Windows 2000 launch, the Unisys ES7000 with all the CPUs and RAM was running Windows 2000 Datacenter.

I did see the launch. I saw the ES7000 and I saw the most excellent TPC tests, but I also saw 16 Dell Severs running the entire was it CBSMarketwatch website from the stage. I thought Dell was playing catch up ball in the server department.

ericneu-can you tell me a little bit about what ALL those Dells were running and maybe a little more about what they were supposed to exhibit? Is DataCenter sort of the front end to SQL sever for larger installations?
