No, in that article he reported it as fact. If he in any way couches his report as opinion, please tell me where. None of his columns are News Reports. His entire column is editorial content. If you don't know this then you shouldn't read his column. ....With a few minutes left in the trading session, some rock people -- traders who live under rocks -- came out from their lairs and decided to spread some nasty rumors about Cisco (CSCO:Nasdaq - news - boards) and accounting, all of which were immediately denied.... The facts are that rumors at the end of the day that Cisco had accounting irregularities were immediately denied by the company. The source of these illegal rumors is conjecture. CSCO is my largest position, BTW.
