Hi all! I am a TA challenged guy, but it seems in my novice opinion that the TA looks bad here. Don't we have to form a cup and handle with the handle slightly downward trending to shake out the weak hands, on weak volume that is. Some say this has to develop over time ( seven weeks?). If there are any TA people on this thread, could we have your comments. Thank you, RF
