Kevin, Hard to say what the stock would be assuming an extension was given. I would imagine it would see a nice pop. Financing would give it another good pop. I'm sure till diamonds start coming out of the ground, there will be a lot of potential investors that will be sitting on the sidelines. I don't blame them. As far as DD; STS has been relying on the original DeBeers exploration done way back. I do know that there "were" interested parties that wanted to send their own geologist(s) to the properties before commiting to financing. At the time (after the VSE disqualified Select), that was not an option due to time constraints of the original deadline. I don't know if these parties are still in the game.(where are you George T?) If there is an extension to the end of August, that should be enough time to raise the money. End of June would not be a restriction in this scenario. If they go with a "public" offering, which I don't like, this would take considerably more time and is more risky; may not be completely subscribed to leaving no time for alternatives etc. Later.
