Steven it would seem highly unlikely that your results are just the coincidence of a random allocation, especially in light of the high allocation rate this thread has on OPUS. Here is one possible explanation. Maybe E*trade's policy honestly does not intend to knowingly penalize flipped accounts beyond 60 days, but somewhere in their allocation software there might be "logic" routines that in fact does precludes in a subtle way these accounts.

Only after there are consistent posts to this thread of additional allocations in accounts that have either sold after 30 days or flipped (and passed the 60 day restriction period) will the cloud surrounding this issue be cleared.

How about it gang? If you are receiving allocations in flipped accounts past 60 days or accounts that sold after 30 days, please post that info for a while until we get a real feel for this issue. TIA
