By then JDSU could be moving again but it's so close to Sept/Oct that it would worry me to have more JDSU going in to annual selling that happens around then. I also think that JDSU will move sideways, so to get a gain out of JDSU, buying ETEK might be the only way to do till after Oct/Sept. Greg
