So, then, why would you not make the move at this point. That's precisely what I'm weighing. Another thing, even if the deal doesn't go through, ETEK has lots of strength on its own. I don't see a lot of downside.

Since the DOJ second request announcement the spread has widened again and I don't think a window this size will remain open very long.
