When a company has to spend all its energy arguing about when a payment was made or the interpretation of an agreement the war is lost. Business is about finding gold, cash flow, and profit etc. There is no legitimate effort at making money here, just obstruction. Sadly you recent posters have been sucked into this morass. When is Primo or its supporters going to actually do something about value?
