Hi DOM,

I haven't followed closely what the arbs are doing, but the board had some discussions on this and perhaps you could trace back to some of these.

The speculation/mindset/risk assessment involved in a potential merger is, frequently, so variable and perilous that I try not to factor that into my long-term investment decisions. If I wish to own a stock, I buy directly rather through an arb play.
