Lo and behold, and for the wrong reason, ELOT is #5 in the hot list.

I have been following this issue closely and am convinced any ban is doomed to failure. For example, it is possible to access an offshore casino and bypass the internet completely just by using your modem to dial up their servers directly. I haven't heard any responses from the ISP's over this, but I imagine they want no part of enforcing the ban and facing fines.

I hope this gets real messy for the House Judiciary Committee.

We shall see!
