Looks like KLA is on a shopping spree. Next stop? A good fit is PHTN. There is a thread on SI on PHTN, a small but leading mfg of FPD test/repiar equipment. FPD is taking off these days, laptops, wireless phone/hand holds, desktps, and maybe TV sets soon. Yield management is a common theme. Earning will be additive. PHTN is a good by on its own merit anyway. It is in a fast ramping up curve, rev will grow over 30% sequecially. Margin is improving from 50% area up.
