Does anyone here have an opinion of the influence of NMTC on AMD?

numeritech.com
This company went public today is now trading around $35. They have a semiconductor masking technology that can cheaply enable conventional equipment AMD now has installed to produce devices with .1 micron geometry. Motorola has built a PowerPC using this method with a .1 micron process. Since the process does not require any major equipment to get to .1 micorn does this mean the 2GHZ is possible for Athlon next year? Lucent produced .12 micron devices with it.
