This from briefing.com -- 13:15 ET JDS Uniphase (JDSU) 116 7/8 +4 7/8 (+4%): Rumor making its way around the trading floors that company will be added the S&P 500 Index, possibly replacing Seagate (SEG 58 +2 1/4). I added to my position by picking up a few shares @ 115 change. Does anybody know if the S&P midcap already has jdsu - vrts was already part of that index and look at what happened :( Good luck all Anand
