Hi all - Shepper, thx for the post. I was surprised Millberg Weiss didn't start the suit earlier. Either it is losing its edge or too many to file with the Tuesday swoon <VBG>. Maybe there is a market out there for some sort of Java generated Class Action Law Suit filer [oops, am I giving them an idea :)!] Well, it has been a tough week.
