I expect just enough good earnings reports to support the market through the rest of the month. By then we will have another 25 bps rate hike and market psychology will be tested again.

Although I agree there are a great number of obscenely overvalued stocks out (GENE thread members may recall me telling them to use their heads two weeks ago at $55) I don't see a margin-call induced, mass selloff again like we had on Tuesday.

I predict we will see 4500+ again before we see 4000 and may see 3500 over the next quarter, but finish 4200+ by June 30 when the FED hints it sees the end of rate hikes. If MSFT dispute is settled this quarter mt estimate will be too low.
