not so. that's what the low volume is telling you. they're all waiting on the sidelines to see if this move up is for real. while they're waiting, we move higher and higher, until they decide to join in at which point we're moving higher still.
just playing devil's advocate...

note the NDX went out at +204, at the high of the day.
