Tec: this is a great article which shows how exposed MSFT is. Unfortunately they do not have to settle I have heard until the last minute. How would you council your client if they were to settle now or would you, IYO, have them wait. If they wait IMO to see what's against them on the table, it can be a great embarrassment that they were forced into settling. However, by waiting, they do see exactly what they are up against. What are your thoughts?
