Blake, The video shows the three systems side-by-side running the Photoshop benchmark.
The total time to complete the test for each system is listed at the end of the video.
The times are:

733 Mhz 820 chipset with PC800 RDRAM 1:18:80 (Min:Sec:Milli)
733 Mhz 820 chipset with PC100 SDRAM 1:27:53 "
700 Mhz 440BX chipset with PC100 SDRAM 1:43:27 "

You are not missing anything by not watching the video. Just shows the videotape of
the test being run and saying what the three systems are. Here are the specs for the
systems:
