This was Indeed an Impressive day for Microsoft. Now who will be the first to launch another suit? The conspiracy is so obvious. Every time Microsoft's stock begins to show some strength another off the wall law suit is filed. I don't think that the Appeals court or the US Supreme court will take to kindly to Judge Jackson's vote for an expedition without the usual steps. This indicates a bit of arrogance, and contempt for the legal process. He wants to do this because he fears that George Bush may be the next elected president and the proceedings against Microsoft will be put down. Hope that Judge Jackson is not permitted to implement any immediate sanctions?? I really find it hard to comprehend anything wrong with Microsoft giving free a door to the internet to its customers. I wish my gas station would give me a 20 or 30% discount for buying gas. To me this only shows generosity and nice business courtesy. It was also so very generous of Bill Gates to appear before Bill Clinton and give a talk about the new economy. It takes a real man of principle and ethics to do a politician a favor after that same politician caused harm. Maybe all will end well and everybody will meet for dinner at Bill Gates'house??

Best Regards
Frank
