I2: You raise a a vital point which can not be ignored in any
discussion of the stock market: the real possibility that
truth will out, justice will prevail, and the Klintonistas
will face the music. As you remind us, Brinker has more than
once cited the Clinton caper as veritable sword of Damocles
overhanging the market and capable of inficting severe damage
to stocks and bonds.

Thus, on a day following FBI Director Louis Freeh's statement
on "Meet the Press" that the Bureau is not only looking into
38 alleged serious violations of campaign finance laws but
also that his department can not brief the White House in
detail on these allegations since the White House itself may
be one of its investigatory targets and on a day that "US
News and World Report" writes that the White House engaged
in extraordinary, possibly extra-constitutional, measures
in declaring 1.7 million acres of Utah rare clean burning
coal a national monument (making the Indonesian clean coal
deposits even more valuable)- on such a day, I am wondering
a) whether Brinker's vow to "re-appraise and re-evaluate the
market in the summer" may have something to do with rotting
fish at the White House (does Brinker know something we don't?)
and b) whether Brinker's sudden unexplained absence on Sunday
may have something to do with his gushingly inane, unchallenged
"hit and run" political jingoism on Saturday at the very
terminus of his show. Was Brinker avoiding the resultant,
unavoidable heat his comments logically engendered?
