Imagine walking outside when a tornado is on the ground five miles away. Then you take wind and air pressure measurements and try to predict which buildings will be destroyed and which will survive, and what the windspeed and air pressure will be a hundred yards away 20 minutes later.

Who are you trying to kid doing DCF's on Internet stocks over multiple years? No one knows what the Net will look like twelve months from now much less 48 or longer.

It's all a guess. Trying to force it into a model is an exercise in assumptions.
