Given this comment of yours I'll try again. Why can we walk in to a classroom where the teacher is using the same methods of classroom management and discipline as other teachers in the building who have the same students in different periods; yet we see the students in one classroom are unruly and in the other classroom they are applying themselves seriously to learning tasks?
