Gary, DT deal is small and the rest is mostly CLECs for
comodity internet.
CSCO is not delivering platform for serious deployment in
SBC,Bell Atlantic, France Telecom(only enterprise),Bell South, British Telecom PLC or C&W.
They will remain provider for money loosing IP service providers and CLECs.
Telia all IP network, ION for Spint- where are those promises?
